2009 TIC TOK Cabernet Sauvignon is a big bold style from the home ranch in Mudgee. From established older vines the grapes were picked and fermented cool and the result is fresh and bright, yet serious. A bowl of blackberries, currants, and touch of forest floor. A great cabernet with round tannins and a fair amount of complexity. Will be an awesome match for steaks, lamb, ribs or chops and also spicy BBQ. Price: $12.99 2009 TIC TOK Merlot is a classic and will prove to be a good drink exhibiting rich round cherry cobbler aromas and a bright fruity style. A soft and round Merlot with that distinctive berries and cream center. The length is quite good and will certainly go with a lot of foods. 2010 \Harvested at night and treated like we would make an aromatic white, the sangiovese grapes are kept cool and the juice immediately crushed off the skins to give the vibrant yet pale color. It has been deliberately made at the drier end of the rosé spectrum. Price: $7.99
