Free Wine Cellar Diagram

I copied the diagrams below from a fellow vintner in the Santa Cruz mountains in 1980. Since he had copied it from other people, we might as well assume its public property. Having passed this diagram along to many wine collectors in the past 24 years, they simply give the digram to their carpenter or build the shelves themselves.

I suggest you find a cool closet, pantry, or corner in your garage.
Insulate tight with R24 or better.
Install a coller from our list below, and you have your own private cellar.
