My Italian grandfather Dominic used to call these Dago Vino-everyday wines for simple meals. These specially selected wines are wines I have throughout the week. They can range from California Chardonnays, Sauvignon Blancs, Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, to French Rhones.
