Dujac Chambolle Musigny 1989 Les Gruenchers

$2,995.00

Domaine Dujac was founded in Morey St Dennis in 1968. Still in the same family since then, this bottling is from the very small climat named Les Gruenchers in Chambolle. With recent refrigeration upgrades, they now induce malolactic fermentation- rendering a softer Pinot Noir. Although they used to ferment with the stems, they are now using fewer stems. Never filtered or fined, this bottle is in excellent condition. The cork is very sound, while the air space is very slightly below normal. One bottle available
